Transitional Housing/Residential Programs in The Charlotte Area

Some people find that they need and want the structure and support of a residential program. At a residential program, you are often surrounded by peers who are serious about maintaining  their freedom.  Some programs allow you weeks or months to focus completely on your recovery and personal issues. This investment in your health and well-being can make a difference for the rest of your life. Some of these programs now require that you go through the Coordinated Assessment process. The inclusion of a program on this list does not indicate that it is a recommended program.
